FLORIAN WECKERT

Florian is an award winning Art Director, strategist and at heart a problem solver. With 14 years experience in communications planning and leading creative branding efforts,
he has worked for some of the biggest brands in the US and Europe. Prior to starting his own company Weckert.3 in Germany in 2017, Florian has lead a team of 135 people in 2015 as executive creative director on the Mc Donalds account in Germany in 2015. In 2008 Florian started his own agency WECKERT.2 in Brooklyn, NY. In 2007 Florian was asked to lead the prestigious first unit of Hamburg agency Springer & Jacobi. He was responsible for clients like eBay, and took a lead in winning new clients. 

Previously he helped grow New York agency McGarryBowen from 25 people boutique shop into the biggest privately owned agency in the US within 3 years. Some of his clients include Marriott International, Reebok, Verizon, Brahma, Disney, Chase to name a few.

Florian started his career 45 years ago, the day he was born into his fathers advertising agency in a small town in southern Germany. After graduating from high school and a short gig at his fathers agency, Florian was picked up by bigger agencies in Hamburg. From here he went on to move across the ocean to further develop his skills in communications by attending MiamiAdSchool, where Florian is teaching a variety of classes since 2007 in the USA and in Europe.

MONIKA POBOG-MALINOWSKA

Monika is an award winning Graphic Designer with many years of experience in advertising, branding and visual communication. 

She worked in Europe and USA for the world’s most acclaimed brands such as Coca-Cola, Procter&Gamble, Heineken, Citi Group, L’Oreal, Bayer, Sheraton, Danone, UBS, Nestle, Colgate-Palmolive and T-Mobile.

Monika’s background includes creating and managing the Design Department at Publicis New York, where she worked as a Vice President, Design Director. She developed concepts, designed and launched global campaigns, corporate identity, packaging, websites, outdoor, tv and print. Monika works currently as a Design Director at Miami Ad School, where she is responsible for creating school’s global website and both print and digital materials. She also proceeds her career as an educator, and lecturer.

Before moving to USA in 2003, Monika worked as a Senior Art Director for Manus Media Group, Motive and Opus B in Krakow and Warsaw where she was responsible for projects that included re-branding visual identity for TV station, national campaigns for Zywiec (Heineken brand), Coca-Cola, Colgate-Palmolive and Nestle. While working in Poland she already received many international recognitions and was honored to represent her country as a Young Creative at International Advertising Festival in Cannes, France. Five years later she received her Cannes Lion as a professional. Monika also was awarded prestigious Clio Award, D&AD Global Award, Addy Award and many other. Her works have been recognized by The Art Directors Club New York, AIGA and featured in publications such as Graphis, Logolounge Master Library book, CMYK,  2+3D, Step Magazine and Luerzer’s Archive.

Monika has a Master Degree in Visual Communications from Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow and Graphic Design diploma from Miami Ad School.
